Documenting SIRP achievements - At the end of the three years implementation, from 2005 to 2008, the SIRP Programme has been documented through the collection and organization of all materials, evidence and experiences gained, into an organic knowledge tool. The SIRP BOOK is the result. It presents what the Programme has done and achieved. It intends to capture through technical notes, descriptions of lessons learnt, through stories and images what SIRP has meant and tried to be for the Serbian people and institutions – a structured and honest development initiative. The BOOK is complemented by the SIRP FILM, the documentary which gives a word to the real protagonists of the Programme, seeking to capture what has being done on the ground, seeing SIRP from the viewpoint and judgment of the beneficiaries themselves.
